| Bookings for early evening meals are at set times: 5:30pm, 6:00pm and 6:40pm only.
The maximum time allowed for your meal is 2 hours from the time of the booking. Please note: the 2 hours restricted time
applies to early evening menu customers only. Customers reserved for dinner at 7:30pm and later may stay all evening or as long as they wish. Group Bookings For parties of 10 persons we require a letter or fax of confirmation. For groups of 12 or more a deposit is required as follows: You may pay the deposit by phone using your credit card facility or by cheque. This booking is provisional until the confirmation is received and the deposit is paid and we must receive those within 3 days or automatically the booking will be cancelled. Any changes to the original booking e.g. number of people, time etc. has to be confirmed in writing or by fax. The final number of people must be confirmed by, at least, the day before the function. In order to be able to provide the quality of food and services that all of our customers deserve, we ask all parties of 14 or over, once they have chosen the menu, to select from it not more than: 5 starters, 3 middle courses, 5 main courses, 3 desserts + cheese and to communicate such selections to us at least 3 days before the date of the function. A personalised menu can be printed if so required. All deposits are non-refundable. Only the deposits of those attending will be deducted from the total bill. We reserve the right to arrange the seating of large parties at more than one table if necessary. In all cases the tables will be situated as close together as possible. For parties of 14 and over, we suggest the organiser of the party to order any wine required a few days in advance. This will enable us to provide you with a better service. Party bookings will normally be issued with only one bill. Individual "per person" bills cannot be issued. For large parties over more than one table, "Per table" bills can be issued. Please Note: All our prices are inclusive of VAT but a 10% service charge will be added to all parties of six and over. All major credit cards accepted. No company cheques accepted unless paid seven days in advance for clearance. Personal cheques are accepted only up to the value of your banker's card. |
